Designed a six-unit maxillary anterior restoration from canine to canine using Exocad. The primary focus was to achieve a natural smile while maintaining proper function and occlusion. The design process included careful adjustment of tooth proportions, midline alignment, incisal edge position, proximal contacts, and anterior guidance. Special attention was given to symmetry and milling-anatomy to ensure a predictable final restoration.

This case involved the digital design of a full-arch maxillary restoration featuring a customized gingival component to enhance esthetics and compensate for soft tissue deficiencies. The restoration was designed with careful attention to natural tooth anatomy, harmonious gingival contours, and balanced occlusion.

The workflow emphasized functional stability, esthetic smile integration, and seamless transitions between the gingival component and the restorations, resulting in a predictable, functional, and highly esthetic outcome.

A full-mouth digital mockup was developed to preview the proposed restorative outcome and support comprehensive treatment planning. The design was used as a visual and functional guide to evaluate esthetics, occlusion, and overall harmony before proceeding with final restorations.

Attention was given to tooth proportions, smile line, occlusal balance, and facial integration to ensure a realistic and predictable preview of the final result. The mockup also helped assess phonetics, vertical dimension, and patient-specific esthetic requirements.
