Description
Description
I design fully guided endodontic templates for the precise treatment of severely curved or obliterated root canals.
The guide is planned based on CBCT or DVT data and scan data. This allows for targeted canal preparation and a minimally invasive access path.
The finalized design is delivered to you as an STL file.
In the example shown here, an endodontic drill from Atec was used, with a length of 28.00 mm and a diameter of 0.90 mm.
Workflow
Initial Planning Discussion
At the beginning, we will discuss your endodontic case in detail. This includes the clinical situation, anatomical considerations, and your specific preferences for the procedure.
Required Digital Data
To ensure precise planning and guide design, I require the following data sets:
High-resolution CBCT or DVT data (in DICOM format)
Intraoral scan or model scan
Information about the instruments to be used
Guide Design and Approval
Based on the provided data, I create a digital design aimed at enabling accurate canal access while preserving surrounding structures.
You will receive a design proposal for review.
After approval, the final STL file of the endodontic guide will be delivered.
If revisions are necessary, the design will be adjusted accordingly.
Feel free to contact me in advance if you have any questions or special requirements.
