This project highlights a high-precision, multi-software workflow for a full-arch mandibular restoration. The case was initially modeled in exocad 3.2 Elefsina, with the complex separation of the primary and secondary structures performed in Blender.

• Dual-Material Synergy: Designed for a high-strength Titanium (Ti) primary bar and a monolithic Zirconia (ZrO2) secondary framework, providing the ideal balance of rigidity and aesthetics.

• Blender Mesh Engineering: Utilized advanced mesh manipulation in Blender to split the construction, ensuring a controlled and uniform cement gap between the bar and the zirconia bridge.

• Passive Fit & Cementation: The digital workflow ensures a passive fit for the Titanium bar on the implants, while the Zirconia secondary is optimized for secure cementation.

• Full-Arch Rehabilitation: Anatomical design focused on durability, tissue support via a digital gingival mask, and precise occlusal alignment for long-term functional success.

This project showcases a complete smile reconstruction combining diagnostic planning with final framework design. The workflow in exocad 3.2 Elefsina includes:

• Aesthetic Diagnostic Mock-up (Teeth 13-23): Digital wax-up for the anterior maxillary sector to evaluate tooth proportions, smile line, and patient aesthetics before final restoration.

• Reduced Anatomy Design (Teeth 17-14, 24-26): Precision-engineered frameworks for the posterior regions. The anatomy was digitally reduced to provide optimal space for ceramic layering (veneer porcelain), ensuring both structural strength and high-end aesthetics.

• Occlusal Integration: Full-arch coordination between the anterior mock-up and posterior frameworks to ensure a stable, functional occlusion (as evidenced by the intersection mapping).

This project features a four-unit anterior bridge (12–22) designed with a focus on facial harmony. By using the Smile Design tool to overlay the 3D model onto the patient’s photo, I ensured the teeth align perfectly with the facial midline and lip line.

The yellow CAD visualization shows the meticulous anatomical sculpting of the incisors and canines. This workflow allows for a highly predictable aesthetic outcome, balancing natural surface texture with precise functional occlusion before the final milling process.

This project demonstrates the precise digital modeling of a single monolithic crown for the upper left central incisor (tooth 21). The primary objective was to achieve anatomical symmetry with the adjacent natural central incisor while ensuring functional integration within the patient’s existing occlusion.
