Lower Left First molar (#36) with insufficient occlusal clearance

Lower right first molar (tooth #46) requiring an onlay due to extensive wear and structural compromise. 

 The lower left quadrant (teeth #35, #36, and #37) required a posterior bridge to replace missing tooth and ensure function.

At the request of the doctor, I performed a digital extraction of the lower right first molar (#46) 

The upper right quadrant, involving teeth #14, #15, and #16, required restoration due to damage or wear, while the lower left quadrant, involving teeth #35, #36, and #37, required a dental bridge to replace missing or compromised teeth

The upper Left  lateral incisor (tooth #22) required restoration due to damage or aesthetic concerns

The patient presented with a noticeable diastema, and The doctor requested the closure of an existing space (diastema) to improve aesthetics and functionality
