For the digital design of the splint, the following items are mandatory:

Upper and lower intraoral scan files (STL format)

Bite registration (scanned or digital)

Clinical case information

Type of splint requested (upper or lower night guard, Michigan splint, flat plane splint, etc.)

Any specific observations, if applicable (muscle pain, TMD, severe wear, etc.)
