This project showcases a complete upper and lower wax-up, designed with a focus on both functional and occlusal accuracy. Each tooth was individually sculpted to achieve natural morphology, proper anatomy, and balanced occlusion. The goal was to create a harmonious relationship between esthetics and function, ensuring smooth guidance, even contacts, and an anatomically correct occlusal scheme.

This case presents twelve full-anatomic restorations designed for the upper arch, emphasizing both esthetic excellence and functional precision. Each unit was meticulously shaped to replicate natural tooth morphology, surface texture, and individual character. The design focused on achieving proper occlusal relationships, harmonious contact points, and smooth functional movements within the patient’s existing bite dynamics.

The result is a balanced and lifelike restoration that integrates seamlessly with the lower arch, enhancing both the smile’s natural appearance and the patient’s overall oral function.
