Full Arch Restoration – Crowns & Bridge
Designed a full arch upper restoration combining multiple single crowns and a multi-unit bridge using Exocad.
Each unit was carefully aligned for functional occlusion and esthetic harmony.
The bridge was designed to restore missing teeth with accurate pontic shaping and proper connector dimensions.
All STL files were finalized with clean margins, correct anatomy, and ready for zirconia milling with minimal adjustments.

Three-Unit Bridge Design
Designed a 3-unit posterior bridge from tooth 4 to 6 using Exocad.
Abutments were prepared with proper path of insertion, and the pontic was shaped for both function and esthetics.
Contact points were adjusted for smooth proximal fit, and occlusal anatomy was refined to ensure stable contacts in centric occlusion.
Final STL was clean, precise, and ready for zirconia milling.

Lower 4-Unit Bridge Design
Designed a 4-unit mandibular bridge from tooth 4 to 7 using Exocad.
Abutments were carefully aligned to ensure a unified path of insertion, and pontics were shaped for optimal tissue adaptation and esthetics.
Occlusal anatomy was customized for functional efficiency, and proximal contacts were adjusted to ensure a precise fit.
Final STL files were clean, well-contoured, and ready for zirconia or metal-supported fabrication.

Lower Anterior 5-Unit Restoration (Crowns & Bridge
This case involved the design of a 5-unit lower anterior restoration ,including a combination of crowns and pontics.
Due to the open bite, the design emphasized proper labial anatomy and cervical emergence, while keeping incisal thickness minimal to avoid occlusal interference.
Pontics were contoured for a natural emergence profile and smooth gingival adaptation.
The entire restoration was aligned along a unified path of insertion with reinforced connectors and STL files optimized for zirconia milling.

Full anterior restoration designed for both upper (14–23) and lower (35–43) arches using Exocad.
The case included a combination of crowns and multi-unit bridges, restoring esthetics and function across both jaws.
Upper units were contoured with natural buccal anatomy and functional guidance, while lower units were optimized for incisal edge positioning and gingival adaptation.
All connectors and margins were carefully designed for strength and accuracy. Final STL files were prepared for zirconia milling with minimal post-processing required.
