Description

This case involved a full arch restoration for the maxilla using a thimble bridge design. I planned and designed custom thimbles over multiunit abutments, ensuring precise fit and parallelism. A monolithic structure was digitally waxed over the thimbles to guarantee long-term strength and passive fit. The design prioritized prosthetic space, gingival support, and esthetic smile curve alignment. The case was delivered with a natural emergence profile and balanced occlusion.
