Modular Surgical Guide with Immediate Loading
This project demonstrates the design of a modular surgical guide for a full drilling protocol with immediate loading. The workflow included CBCT planning, virtual implant positioning, and multi-layer guide design for step-by-step drilling. Color-coded templates were created for pilot, intermediate, and final drills, followed by integration of temporary crowns for immediate function. The modular approach ensured accuracy, surgical safety, and rapid patient restoration.

Zirconia Anatomical Full-Arch Bridges on Bar Const
This project demonstrates the complete digital workflow for designing zirconia anatomical full-arch bridges on bar frameworks for both upper and lower jaws. The case included digital smile design, CAD modeling from multiple perspectives, occlusion verification, and integration with bar frameworks for strength, function, and esthetics. The final deliverables were ready-to-mill CAD files prepared for clinical application.

Aesthetic Cobalt-Chrome Grills
This project demonstrates the design of custom cobalt-chrome grills created purely for aesthetic purposes.
Using advanced CAD software, I modeled a full-arch grill design to achieve a striking and unique visual effect.
Although non-functional in terms of chewing, these grills were optimized for esthetics, anatomical fit, and comfort.
The design highlights my ability to work with alternative materials and unconventional dental projects while maintaining precision and high-quality digital standards.
