Splitting your approved full-arch design into a milled implant bar and a matching hybrid superstructure.

Important: this listing covers only the separation of the bar from an existing full-arch design. Tooth anatomy and gingiva design are not included. If you need the full-arch design as well, order it separately in my Full Arch over Implants – All-on-X listing.

How it works:
You send the final full-arch design with teeth and gingiva. I split it into two parts: the bar as a substructure following the shape of the final prosthesis, and the hybrid superstructure on top. The bar gives even support and space for the superstructure material, without changing the approved anatomy.

Included:
- Bar design on implant level or multi-unit abutments, following the approved anatomy
- Hybrid superstructure separated from the full-arch design and matched to the bar
- Even material thickness and support for the superstructure
- Cleansable intaglio with correct distance to soft tissue
- Screw channel management
- STL export of the bar and superstructure for milling

Required files:
- Approved full-arch design (STL with teeth and gingiva)
- Scan with scan bodies / multi-unit abutments, soft tissue scan
- Implant system / multi-unit type and scan body type
- Bar material (titanium, CoCr) and superstructure material
- Desired minimum thickness for the superstructure (if not standard)
