A diagnostic digital wax-up based on facial and dental analysis, ready for mock-up, patient presentation or as a reference for final restorations.

Workflow:
I plan the smile in SmileCloud first, aligning the photos with the scans and working out the midline, smile line, incisal plane and tooth proportions on the patient's face. That plan is then turned into a full 3D wax-up in exocad, so the design follows the face, not only the model.

Included:
- Smile design in SmileCloud based on the patient's photos
- Full-contour wax-up of the requested teeth in exocad, matched to the facial plan
- Functional check: anterior guidance, occlusion, contacts
- Export as STL model for printing (mock-up / silicone key), plus exocad project on request
- Visual presentation of the planned smile for patient communication

Required files:
- Upper and lower scans + bite
- Portrait, smile and retracted photos (minimum)
- Your aesthetic goals and any limitations (preparation-free, minimal prep, etc.)
