I provide freelance Exocad design services for dental laboratories, combining 19 years of dental technology experience with 15 years in digital design.

My work ranges from crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays and veneers to implant crowns, implant bridges and full-arch restorations, including All-on-4, FP1, FP2 and FP3 designs, bar-and-sleeve work and verification jigs. I also design Michigan splints, Tanner appliances, special trays and removable prostheses.

With a strong background in traditional laboratory techniques, 3D printing and milling, I understand what’s needed to turn a digital design into a practical, well-made restoration. Whether you need regular design support or help with overflow work, I offer a flexible service tailored to your laboratory’s requirements.

I’m a dental technician with 19 years of laboratory experience, including 15 years in dental CAD design. I specialise in Exocad, 3D printing and milling, and have recently taken the step into working independently.

My digital journey began with the Procera touch scanner, progressing through Straumann Etkon and 3Shape before moving to Exocad. I have extensive experience with VHF, Roland and Aidite milling machines, using CAM software including hyperDENT and MillBox.

I started my career as a gold technician, developing a strong foundation in traditional techniques, including waxing and casting gold crowns, copings, bridges and post and cores, alongside e.max work. My experience also includes stock implant abutments, milled backings on copings for chrome frameworks, and drilling and tapping for earlier screw-retained implant restorations. This practical background continues to inform my approach to digital design.
